Hi I’m Farhana and i’m here with my son totalk about the two ingredients that can help you take care of the pain that comes withthe fibroids. For those of you who are new to my channel let me give you a little backgroundabout myself. I am Farhana and I suffered from fibroids for a long time until my sonswho are medical students and detoxification specialists they helped me overcome this issue. They created a protocol for me which I followed and I was able to shrink my fibroids naturally. So let’s come back to the two ingredients that I was referring to. Two ingredients Iam referring to are ginger and turmeric and according to their protocol i started takingginger and turmeric as part of my diet on
a regular basis. I would either incorporatethat in juicing or make it part of my food. You can do either one of them. Or even youknow just chop it up and you can take the fresh ginger and turmeric by itself well andgood. But you can easily find these at the farmer’s market and they really help you easethe pain. I had the pain. I suffered from the pain and it was so unbearable that I wouldjust lie in bed for at least two to three days just trying to deal with the pain. WhenI started taking this, it really eased the pain and it really helped me fight the painthat comes with the fibroids. Ginger and turmeric are very medicinal foods you know. They arevery readily available in the market and they
are natural foods, mother nature’s treats. And they are your major antiinflammatory foods. Women with fibroids or any other conditionfor that matter, any other condition, especially fibroids, being a female reproductive tractcondition of the uterus specifically, what the problem is is that there is an imbalanceof hormones. Aside from that, there is inflammation in the body and inflammation is what is causingyou to experience pain. And what these pain medications that are available on the market, such as Tylenol and Ibuprofen, your NSAIDs nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs, whatthey do is that they help suppress the pain. They are antiinflammatory, so they reducethe inflammation and also by doing that, they
reduce the pain. But the problem is that thesemedications do come with side effects and if you overdose on these medications, thenyou are putting yourself at risk for consequences, such as peptic ulcers, among other conditions. The great thing is that Mother Nature has made her own antiinflammatory foods for us,ginger and turmeric. As a medical student, we study al studies and al trials.Recent studies reveal that ginger and turmeric are just as effective or even more effectivethan your pain medications that are available over the counter, such as Tylenol and Ibuprofen. So if these foods, ginger and turmeric, are just as effective or even more effective inreducing pain according to al studies,
then it’s great for us to start incorporatingthese foods on a regular basis and that’s exactly what my mom did. If you have fibroidsI recommend you start doing that as well. They are very readily available in the marketso definitely get on a protocol and start using it on a regular basis. That’s one thingyou can start doing today and I think it will be of great benefit to you. Well I hope youguys enjoyed this tutorial. Myoma Uterine Fibroids What is Myoma Causes Symptoms and Treatment for Myoma
A fibroid is a benign tumor that mainlyconsists have muscular tissue and usually grows inside the uterus. Fibroids are also called myomas. Its size ranges widely, from a small tumor the size of a pea to a large tumor almost the size of theuterus. Myomas are classified into three types, depending on the location where they are found. The intramural myoma, a fibroid thatgrows
in the muscular wall of the uterus. This subserosal myoma, a fibroidlocated just beneath the outside mucosal covering of the uterus. Here the fibroid projects to the outside and occasionally remainsconnected with the uterus only through a small stalk. The submucosal myoma, a tumor that grows beneath the surface ofthe uterus lining. Therefore, this type of fibroids can growinto the uterine cavity. The actual causes have development ofa fibroid are still unclear.
However, it has been documented thatfibroids are associated with high levels of estrogen, the female sex hormone. Fibroids can only developed duringreproductive years of women. Following menopause, the production of estrogen decreases which will usually cause fibroids toshrink or disappear. Myomas are more common in nonpregnant and infertile women. In general, fibroids are asymptomatic
or associated with just a few complaintsif any complaints. If any complaints occur, then the location, size and type of thefibroid are the major factors. Fibroids can affect nearby structures. They can cause compression of the bladder, which may lead to urinary complaints, or may obstruct the intestine, which may result in constipation. Othercomplaints can be: backaches, abdominal problems, menstrual flowdisturbances.
Fibroids can impede normal childbirth, which may require caesarean delivery. Fibroids relatively more often lead tomiscarriages. Whenever fibroids cause symptoms, theyneed to be removed or shrinked. Medications sometimes cause fibroid toshrink by blocking the production and secretion of estrogen. In other cases, surgery may be requiredto remove the fibroid.
The type of surgery depends on thelocation of the fibroid. Sometimes it’s possible to remove thefibroid with the help of the tube entered through the vagina and theprocedure is called hysteroscopic myomectomy. In other cases, surgery through theabdominal wall may be necessary. In the case of a large fibroid, hysterectomy may be the only solution. This option only applies when there isno desire to have more children. You generalpractitioner can give you more
